The U.S. Olympic Committee offers programs Project GOLD, Champions in Life, F.L.A.M.E. and the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame, and partners in the Citizenship Through Sports Alliance (CTSA) with the goals of building public understanding and awareness of the Olympic movement in the U.S. and stronger relationships with external organizations and individuals, while promoting diversity in sports and reaching out to under-represented members of the Olympic family.
Champions in Life
Champions In Life is a powerful tool in shaping young lives and involves Olympians and Paralympians reaching out to today's youth with the message that positive choices equal positive results in sport and life.
Citizens Through Sports Alliance
A joint effort by the school-college-Olympic community and professional sports leagues, the Alliance aims to promote the values of citizenship that are realized through sportsmanship and ethical play in athletics.
Community Olympic Development Programs
Community Olympic Development Programs partners with national governing bodies and community sports groups to enhance high quality intermediate programs for talented youth to maximize their potential in Olympic sports.
F.L.A.M.E.
The F.L.A.M.E. program focuses on educating and exposing minority student leaders to the Olympic movement and its ideals through interaction with Olympic athletes and coaches, USOC administrators and professionals.
Project GOLD
Project GOLD is aimed at enhancing the involvement of qualified women and ethnic minorities in leadership roles within the U.S. Olympic movement.
U.S. Olympians Association
The mission of the U.S. Olympians Association is to create and implement programs that will integrate Olympians into every facet of the Olympic Movement, striving to foster the spirit of Olympism in each community.
